A WA parliamentary question seeks details on corporate hospitality expenditure, specifically corporate box usage, for agencies under the Minister for Police and Road Safety from 2008-2012. The answer claims a lack of standard definition for 'corporate hospitality' hinders a complete response, but provides data on corporate box usage, which was nil.

(a) The Public Sector Commission does not provide any standard definition of the term 'Corporate Hospitality'. As a result of the lack of a standard definition, the information cannot be appropriately and uniformly provided to reflect the Member's question. The Member has however identified a specific example and in the interests of an open and accountable Government - part (b) has been answered with respect to expenditure on 'Corporate Boxes'.
(b)
(i - iv)
Road Safety: Nil
WA Police: Western Australia Police has no record of hiring a corporate box or similar facility in the financial years 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011.
