I refer the Elizabeth Quay development and I ask: (a) what plan does the Government have in place should contractors for the development discover Perth Baths during the excavation; (b) what strategies have been put in place to preserve and protect the Perth Baths if they are located; (c) given there is an interpretation document of the Heritage Management Plan for Elizabeth Quay, can the Minister please advise where the Heritage Management Plan is available; and (d) is there a historical advisor on the committee overseeing the construction of Elizabeth Quay, and if so, who?

(a) An Archaeological Land and Maritime Management Plan has been developed to appropriately manage archaeological finds of historical significance during construction.

(c) The project's Heritage Interpretation Strategy is available on the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority's website.
(d) Hocking Heritage Studio has been engaged to provide Heritage Consultancy Services for the project.
