The MPS model allows for 3 year Agreements between the Commonwealth and the State for each MPS site. Denmark's initial MPS Agreement is about to expire. The next Agreement requires the current review process be undertaken. As with the initial Agreement the Subsequent Agreement will define the health service priorities as determined by the community.

As already noted above, the MPS Agreement requires a review process prior to entering into a Subsequent MPS Agreement. This allows communities to participate and ensure that their health service priorities are acknowledged and taken into account.
