In reference to the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) document ‘Radiation Safety in Uranium Mining and Exploration’ [DMP 10020417], will the Minister table all radiation management plans prepared by companies exploring for uranium in Western Australia, that have been approved by the DMP and the Radiation Council of Western Australia as required by the DMP, ‘Radiation Safety in Uranium Mining and Exploration’ rules, since these rules were introduced?

The "Radiation Safety in Uranium Mining and Exploration" document is not a regulatory guideline; rather it is a general overview.
Such information is obtained by the Department of Mines and Petroleum using the compulsion powers of the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994.
