I refer to conservation notices on private land. (1) How many conservation notices have been issued on private land? (2) Is compensation available to those landowners whose properties are now the subject of conservation notices? (3) If yes to (2), is the compensation offered assessed on the value of the land prior to the imposition of the conservation notice?
