Taxi Industry Service Standards Quarterly Report: April to June 2015''
was published on the Department of Transport's website on 17 November
2015. It is anticipated that the report for the period July to September 2015
will be published in December 2015.
(2) The
delayed release of the report for the period April to June 2015 was due to
software and system failure experienced by two major taxi dispatch service
providers.
