demonstrate the need for the drawdown? Please provide the documentation

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the Leader of the Opposition
for some notice of the question.
(1)–(5) The funding has been provided for the repair of a broken
excavator and additional mobilisation works to be undertaken in
preparation for winter, in line with the funding assistance agreement. The
receivers and managers have provided supporting information for expenditure
consistent with normal government standards for payments, including information
about expenditure and invoices. The funding agreement includes requirements for
regular reporting, the provision of information upon request and dealing with
repayments in certain circumstances, and prevents funding being used for
certain purposes, including payment to secured creditors.
