I refer to the Minister’s reply to question without notice 415 on 12 July 2014 where the Minister stated that “we have freed up and reallocated 1700 public houses to applicants on our waiting list” since the commencement of the Affordable Housing Strategy, and ask: (a) how many of these households were assisted into a home of their own under the Keystart Home Loan (general) scheme; (b) how many of these households were assisted into a home of their own under the Keystart Shared Home Loan scheme; (c) how many were assisted to find a home in the private rental market through the Department of Housing’s Rental Pathways Scheme; (d) how many were assisted into a home under the National Rental Affordability Scheme; (e) how many were assisted into a community housing home; and (f) how many found a housing option outside of the products the Department of Housing offers?
