I refer to the 2016-2017 financial declaration submitted to Parliament by the Minister for Housing, which included an addendum making changes to previous declarations, and ask: (a) did the Minister declare these significant changes to previous declarations to the Premier or the Cabinet Secretary prior to him being sworn in as a Minister of the crown; and (b) did the Minister include these significant declaration changes in his Ministerial declaration to the Cabinet Secretary?
