(3) If so, will the Minister table the relevant documents and indicate the extent to which they bind employees? 1) No. Mr Miasi has been dealt with in accordance with the Department of Minerals and Energy?s Code of Conduct and Part 5 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, by the Director General of the Department. (2) & (3) Yes, to the extent of the policies under the Department?s Code of Conduct and the Public Sector Management Act 1994. A copy of each relevant policy is attached. See tabled paper. (4) Department of Minerals and Energy staff are required to abide by Departmental policies. Information regarding interests in publicly listed companies is available through the appropriate Share Registry. Tabled Paper No.
