I refer to the Governor of Western Australia Tribunal Determination No. 1 of 2018 by the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 which was initiated as a result of a former Premier's request in accordance with Section 5A(1) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, and the Federal Government's decision to increase the Governor-General's remuneration by 43% to $709,000 annually, and I ask: (a) Will the Premier rule out making any similiar requests to the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal under Section 5A(1) for the remainder of this term in Parliament?
