(2) For each dwelling specified in answer to (1)(a) to (e) —
(a) how many bedrooms does the dwelling have; and
(b) when will construction be completed and the dwelling ready for habitation?
(3) What is the total cost of construction of the 62 dwellings?
(4) How much of the funding for construction of the 62 dwellings is State government funding and how much is Federal government funding?

The Department of Housing advises:
(1)-(2) [See tabled paper no.]
Of the 62 dwellings provided state-wide this financial year under the Disability Services Commission Combined Capital Bid program, 27 will be constructed and 35 purchased from the open market. In the South West electoral region, 20 properties were purchased in 2011-12, three in 2012-13, and three are programmed for construction in 2013-14, totalling 26. Delays between completion and occupation dates can occur when property improvements and maintenance is required.
(3) The total cost of 62 dwellings state-wide to be delivered for the Disability Services Commission is $ 33.576 million.
(4) 100 per cent State Government funds.
