❓ Hon Tom Stephens questions the inclusion of AlintaGas and Western Power in Schedule 3 of the State Records Bill 1999, which exempts them from certain provisions. The Minister explains the exemption was granted because their record-keeping practices exceeded required standards and, in the case of Western Power, to uphold corporatisation principles.
