I refer to the division of EnergySafety in the Department of Commerce.
(1) How many
infringement notices were issued by the EnergySafety division between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2016? Obviously, that is tomorrow.
(2) What were the
prosecution outcomes for the EnergySafety division in
2015–16, including the name of the defendants, the parties, the
offence, the date of the offence and the fine and costs
