Can the minister please provide the
following information regarding the 50 most recent medicinal cannabis
prescriptions in Western Australia —
(a) the application dates;
(b) the approval or rejection date;
(c) the age of each patient;
(d) the condition for which each
script was prescribed;
(e) the average script renewal
period;
(f) the number of repeats for each
script;
(g) the number of scripts approved
and rejected in each of the past six months; and
(h) the number of applications
