I refer to the answer to question on notice No. 2610 on 9 September 2010, regarding Bush Forever sites managed by Department of Environment and Conservation, and further ask -
(1) Will the Minister please table the full list of Bush Forever sites, and the full list of associated managers for each site?
(2) Can the Minister also clearly identify the Bush Forever sites for which there is no managing agency?

(1) -(2) The Department of Planning has provided the Department of Environment and Conservation with a complete list of current Bush Forever sites indicating ownership and management of each. Bush Forever sites may be owned privately, by the State or Commonwealth Government, or by local government, or by a combination of these.
There are no Bush Forever sites where there is no identified owner, or combination of owners, responsible for management of the land. Management responsibility remains with the landowner for each Bush Forever site.
I table the attached information.
