During the 2011–2012 financial year:
(a) how many Department of Housing staff conducting property inspections or otherwise visiting tenants at Homeswest properties have reported:
(i) being abused, threatened or intimidated by tenants and/or their guests;
(ii) an injury, or made a claim for injury; and/or
(iii) being attacked by dogs;
(b) of reports of injuries noted at (a), how many have resulted in claims for medical assistance or other compensation and what is the total value of these claims;
(c) by region, how many reports have the Department of Housing received in relation to staff workloads; and
(d) has the Department of Housing received reports from, meet with or otherwise been advised of concerns about staff workloads by the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU/CSA) on behalf of their members?
