QuestionView source ↗
The question was initially to the Minister for Housing representing the Minister for the Environment. I was told by the Minister for the Environment’s office the question should be directed to the Minister for Government Enterprises, who had told me originally that I should ask the Minister for the Environment. There is a little confusion. I refer the minister to the Labor Party’s election policy for Ningaloo in which it is promised that the water supply at a number of Ningaloo towns will be reviewed. (1) Has this review been undertaken; and, if so, what is the outcome of the review? (2) Does the minister agree that the quality of water in these towns places the residents at considerable risk; and, if so, why? Hon N.D. GRIFFITHS
