(a) Since 23 September 2008, a total of 76 properties have been sold under Redevelopment, Rental Sales and Vacant Property Sales programs and a total of 217 properties have been sold under the Urban Renewal (New Living) program (as at end of February 2010).
(b) Since 23 September 2008, the Department has purchased 135 dwellings for Public Housing. In addition, the Department has purchased a further 110 dwellings through Community Housing programs (as at 26 March 2010).
(c) Since 23 September 2008, the Department has completed construction of 755 dwellings for Public Housing. Of these, 748 are currently inhabited. In addition, the Department has completed construction of a further 200 dwellings through Community Housing programs (as at 26 March 2010).
