(1)-(4) The Liberal-National Government has committed a total of $10 million to PCYC to upgrade its infrastructure. $500,000 was released as at 30 June 2015.
While the Government will work with the PCYC to achieve these upgrades, PCYC is a private organisation and decisions about upgrades are for the PCYC to make, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement.
The parties responsible for costs of upgrades to a lease facility are determined by the lease agreement, which is subject to negotiation between the lessee and lessor.
