The Report on Consultants Engaged by Government for the six months ending 31 December 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025 confirm three payments totalling $1,094,904 to Deloitte for development of the Public Safety Network Strategy. a) Deloitte was engaged by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet to engage with Western Australian (WA) Public Safety Agencies (PSAs) to develop a WA Public Safety Network (PSN) Strategy, which aims to establish a unified communications network for all agencies. The brief included gathering requirements, developing a technology roadmap, identifying delivery model options and financial analysis.
b) A competitive tender process in line with WA Government Procurement Rules.
c) November 2023. The PSN Strategy was delivered in April 2024 and remains Cabinet-in-Confidence.

e-f) The PSN Strategy was developed through extensive cross-agency consultation led by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and overseen by a cross-agency steering committee. Agencies engaged were the WA Police Force and the Departments of Treasury, Fire and Emergency Services, Health, Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, Justice and Primary Industries and Regional Development.
