I refer to the final eight residential land sales at Landcorp's Ocean Rise development in Karrinyup and ask: (a) for each of these lots, when were they sold and what was the sale amount; (b) have the proceeds been transferred to an interest bearing trust account for the City of Stirling, and if not why not; (c) what is the breakdown of holding costs, selling expenses and other on-costs that have been applied to the sale of these lots; and (d) what percentage of the total proceeds has been, or will be deducted as holding costs, selling expenses and other on-costs?
