In relation to Bayswater train station, I ask:
(a) can the Minister table a map of the various car parking areas which service Bayswater train station;
(b) how many car bays are provided in each of these car parking areas;
(c) are there plans to provide any additional car parking bays at Bayswater train station, and;
(i) if yes, where will the extra car bays be provided, how many car bays will be provided and how much will they cost to build; and
(ii) if not, why not?
(d) is the amount of car parking provided at Bayswater train station adequate to meet demand by commuters;
(e) does the Public Transport Authority take any records of number plates of those parking at the Bayswater train station to indicate where people are travelling from to utilise the car park and train;
(f) what action will the Minster take to immediately provide parking bays for patrons who have to park outside the designated car parking areas, and on the ‘verge’ adjoining the railway line?

(b) The car parking facility on the northern side of the station has 92 bays. The car parking facility on the southern side of the station has 72 bays. The car parking facility to the south-west of the station has 40 bays.
