I refer to the “Draft Environmental Protection (Swan Coastal Plain Wetlands) Policy 2004”. (1) Has the minister received the recommendations of the independent review panel in respect of the policy? (2) When will the minister advise the Parliament of the government’s response? (3) Is access to the report of the independent review panel available through an application lodged under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1992; and, if not, why not?
