PROFESSIONAL COMBAT SPORTS COMMISSION — AUDIT OF PERMIT APPROVAL PROCESS
I refer to the inquiry by Hon Geoffrey Miller, QC, into the approvals processes of the Western Australian Professional Combat Sports Commission. (1) Does this inquiry have a set time frame in which it is to be completed; and, if yes, what is this time frame? (2) If no to (1), what is the best estimate of how long the inquiry will take? (3) Does the minister expect that the inquiry will produce a report for public release? (4) Does the inquiry have any terms of reference; and, if yes, what are they? (5) Is the inquiry simply examining the processes of the commission, or is the inquiry also able to examine whether any decisions of the commission were flawed? The PRESIDENT : I seem to remember a question along very similar lines. Leader of the House. Hon NORMAN MOORE
