(a-b) Please refer to Legislative Assembly Question on notice 169.
(c) At this point the Commission does not have any forward estimates as the formal transfer of funds, including the forward estimates, from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet has not yet occurred. The transfer of funds is anticipated to be completed by the end of February 2009.
Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(a-b) Please refer to Legislative Assembly Question on notice 169.
(c) There is nothing specific in the Department's forward estimates that would be expected to be spent in regional Western Australia on recruitment expenditure.
Department of State Development advises:
