(1) How much of
the $1 million allocated for the detailed planning and development of a business
case for the construction of a new youth detention centre has been spent to

advised me of the following.
(1) The committed expenditure to
date is $1 152 901.
(2) It is expected that unit 18
will remain until the new facility is completed and operational.
