In relation to pollution reports about premises
licensed under Part V of The Environmental Act (1986) in the Perth metropolitan
area (Premises), I ask: (a) how many Premises were the
subject of pollution reports (complaints) made to the Department’s Pollution Watch service
by the public, in the 12 months preceding 30 June 2020; (b) which three Premises were the subject of the most complaints in the 12 months preceding 30 June 2020; (c) how many complaints were received in respect of
each of these Premises referred to at (b); and (d) will the Minister please identify which Premises was the subject of the largest number of complaints for: (i) 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017; (ii) 1 July 2017 - 30 June 2018; (iii) 1 July 2018 - 30 June 2019; and (iv) 1 July 2019 - 30 June 2020?
