I refer to the 93 results found for residential projects on the DevelopmentWA website as at 16 April 2026, and I ask:(a) How many of these results are currently active projects;(b) How many of these results are currently inactive projects;(c) Which of these results are completed residential projects;(d) Which of these results have produced zero residential lots;(e) Which of these results are expected to produce their first residential lot after 2029; and(f) Which of these results contain residential lots jointly attributable to other residential projects on the DevelopmentWA website?

(a – b) 77 are active projects
(c – d) 16, 12 of which are residential
(e) ECU Mt Lawley and East Perth Power Station, both of which have significant site constraints and remediations requirements.
