I refer to the Minister's answer to pre-hearing Estimates questions in which it was explained that the one contract with Alstom for new railcars covers both the Acquisition and Replacement line items, with local content spend for the manufacturing aspect at least 50 per cent, and the Minister's answer to the follow up question in question on notice 595 that "Alstom is meeting its local content obligations under the contract.", providing none of the data asked for in answer to that question, and I ask: (a) noting that total expenditure as of 30 June 2025 for the Acquisition line item is $324 million, how much of this was spent: (i) in Western Australia (WA); and (ii) outside WA; and (b) noting that total expenditure as of 30 June 2025 for the Replacement line item is $477 million, how much of this was spent: (i) in WA; and (ii) outside WA?
