I refer to the magazine produced by the Peel Development Commission titled 'Peel', and ask: (a) In relation to the 2019 "Autumn/Winter" issue: (i) What was the estimated total cost of production; (ii) What was the estimated total cost of printing; (iii) What was the estimated total cost of distribution; (iv) How many copies were printed; and (v) How many copies were distributed via post; (b) In relation to the 2018 "Summer/Spring" issue: (i) What was the estimated total cost of production; (ii) What was the estimated total cost of printing; (iii) What was the estimated total cost of distribution; (iv) How many copies were printed; and (v) How many copies were distributed via post; (c) Can the Minister confirm what state electoral districts are meant to be covered by the Peel Development Commission; (d) Who makes the editorial decisions in relation to the content within the Peel magazine; (e) Does the Minister or her office have any input into the magazine content prior to publication; and (f) Can the Minister explain why the Minister, Members for Mandurah or Murray Wellington have been featured a dozen times over the two most recent issues to the exclusion of other state members as per (c)?

(d) The Chief Executive Officer of the Peel Development Commission.

(f) The use of current Government members photos in publications today is the same as the policy under the former Liberal/National Government where photos of opposition members were rarely published. See tabled paper of examples of publications under previous Government and current McGowan government.
