I am accountable to the Parliament for the Government's policies and actions. I do not monitor the names of officers receiving hospitality and entertainment, nor do I monitor the type, provider or value of hospitality received by the Department of Health employees.
Should the Member have a specific enquiry regarding any inappropriate "entertainment or hospitality" received by a Department of Health employee, I shall be pleased to refer to the Department's Corporate Governance Branch to investigate and provide you with a response. Alternatively, should you suspect corrupt behaviour, I suggest that you refer the specific actions to the Corruption and Crime Commission.
I am not persuaded to direct the Department of Health to divert resources away from service delivery to respond to questions designed to include a wide variety of "catch all" information. This information is either collateral to the purpose of the question (held but not revealed by the Hon Member) or to facilitate a statement by the Hon Member which is, as general, as the information provided in the answer.
