350. Hon Neil Thomson to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Treasurer:
I refer to my
question 322 on 17 June 2025 to the Minister for Planning and Lands that
outlined the repeat purchasers from DevelopmentWA related to the Auditor
General's report on Fraud Risks in Land
Transactions by DevelopmentWA .
(1) Has the Treasurer ever received any
hospitality or gifts from any party that is listed as a repeat purchaser from
DevelopmentWA, with the exception of the Housing Authority?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Treasurer please list
the nature of that hospitality or gift?

answer on behalf of the Treasurer.
(1)–(2) The Treasurer tables a ministerial
gift register annually as part of her annual return.
