I refer to the McGowan Government's long-term plan for a fast train from Perth to Bunbury, and I ask: (a) Has the provision for a fast train to Bunbury been included in the final design of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road (BORR): (i) If not, why not; and (ii) If yes, how does the final route for a fast train to Bunbury tie into the BORR? Can the Minister please table a diagram or map showing this; (b) What works will be required in the future at or around the BORR to construct a fast train to Bunbury; and (c) What is the estimated cost of the works in (b)?
