(1) Six places in Cowle Street, West Perth are included on the City of Vincent Municipal Heritage Inventory.
(2) About 1880.
(3) The Heritage Council's Register Committee considered a nomination for the Cowle Street Precinct on 21 March 2014 and determined that it did not cross the threshold for entry in the State Register. This is therefore a question for the local government.
(4) Not applicable
(5) There are 35 precincts in the State Heritage Office places database from the 1880s, of which seven are on the State Register of Heritage Places, and five have been identified as warranting assessment for the Register.
