(a) The Rotary Club of Perth has previously been involved in the Barrack Street Jetty (BSJ) precinct, including assisting with funding for a regional mosaic project in 2000 and via the collection of funds through a Rotary Wishing Well on the site.
(b) The MRA approached the Rotary Club to see if it would be interested in collaborating on another project in the precinct.
(c) Yes, the work of ten artists was considered.
(d) Yes
(e) No other involvement with other service organisations is planned for Elizabeth Quay at this stage.
