With reference to question No. 49 of Wednesday, 24 March 2010 a letter from the Minister to myself on that matter, dated 8 April 2010 and EPA statement 757 of 24 December 2007 I ask -
(1) Has Woodside created a new section of the road into its project just north of Jilly’s Valley off Burrup Road between the Dampier to Bunbury gas pipeline and Burrup Road that was that was not outlined in the EPA statement 757 of 24 December 2007?
(2) If yes to (1), were all the appropriate approvals obtained from the Department of Environment and Conservation?
(3) If no to (2), what action will the Minister take?
