N.B Included in the above figures are persons charged with offences under the following sections of the
Criminal Code
:
· Section 320 (sexual offences against a child under the age of 13),
· Section 321 (sexual offences against a child of, or over, the age of 13 and under 16),
· Section 321A (persistent sexual conduct with a child under the age of 16), and
· Section 322 (sexual offences against a child of, or over, the age of 16 by a person in authority).
