For each agency, department and government trading enterprise within the Premier’s portfolio of responsibilities: (a) since 11 March 2013, have senior executives and/or board members undertaken any leadership or strategic planning events or retreats; and (b) for each such event: (i) what was the duration of the event; (ii) how many senior executives and/or board members attended; (iii) what was the location and venue for the event; and (iv) what was the total cost, including but not limited to accommodation, travel, catering and any facilitation costs?
