I refer to Question on Notice 379, and ask in relation to the Department of Culture and the Arts: (a) does the Department keep a register of gifts, benefits or hospitality provided to Departmental Officers; (b) if yes to (a), have any Officers accepted any gift, benefit or hospitality other than that from not-for-profit arts and culture entities since 1 November 2012; (c) if yes to (b), how many Officers have accepted a gift, benefit or hospitality from an organisation other than a not-for-profit entity since 1 November 2012; (d) if yes to (b), what was the nature of the gift, benefit or hospitality, and what was the name of the organisation that provided them; (e) what is the estimated individual value of each gift, benefit or hospitality received; and (f) does the Department have a commercial or financial relationship with the provider of any gift, benefit or hospitality, and what is the nature of that relationship?
