HALIDON PRIMARY SCHOOL —ADMINISTRATION BUILDING UPGRADE —
OPENING
620. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Minister
for Education and Training:
I refer to the
opening on 7 August of an upgraded administration building at Halidon Primary
School.
(1)
Did the minister receive from her department or her office briefing notes
regarding the event and the background to it in preparation for her attendance?
(2) If so, I ask
her to table the notes and, if she refuses, to explain why.

AnswerView source ↗

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) Yes.
(2)
I table the attached information. For clarification, the figures in the table
for ''Current Enrolments (as at Census 2018)'' on page 2 of five
of the briefing note are taken from the Schools Online website. For the
kindergarten students, the number provided of 14 represents the full-time
equivalent number of students who attend. The actual—headcount—is
28 and is represented in brackets on the website. However, the kindergarten
students attend two and a half days a week. Accordingly, the total headcount of
students as at the semester 1 census was 248.
