I refer to the post-election delayed retirement of unit 6 at
Muja C power station, which was placed on reserve outage mode and the period
from 1 October 2024 to 1 April 2025.
(1) What was the total generational output of Muja
unit 6?
(2) What was the peak output of Muja unit 6 and
when did it occur?
(3) What was the peak generation of Muja unit 6 on
the total South West Interconnected System peak demand day of 20 January 2025?
(4) With what alternative generation will the government
replace Muja unit 6 for future demand?

(1) It is 211 gigawatt hours.
(2) It was 198 megawatts on 11 December 2024.
(3) It was 184 megawatts.
(4) Newly operational facilities include Synergy
Kwinana Battery Energy Storage System 2; GPG Cunderdin Solar and Battery Energy
Storage System; and Neoen Collie Battery Energy System 1.
