I refer to my question without notice regarding out of cell hours, asked in Parliament on 9 August 2022. Given the data is available to calculate the average out of cell hours in both Banksia Hill Detention Centre and Unit 18 at Casuarina Prison, I ask: (a) what is the longest period a young person has been locked in their cell for at Banksia Hill Detention Centre and Casuarina Prison, respectively, this calendar year; and (b) on what dates did this in occur?
