I am advised The cost incurred for producing and distributing the Ministry's 1998/99 Annual Report was: (a) $13,272.50 (b) $700.00 The cost incurred for producing and distributing Annual Reports for the various Boards and Committees within the Fair Trading portfolio is as follows: Building Disputes Committee There is no requirement under the Act for the Building Disputes Committee to produce an Annual Report. Builders' Registration Board The Annual Reports for the Builders' Registration Board are produced in calendar years, not financial years. The cost for each year is as follows: 1998 (a) $1,958.00 (b) $637.65 1999 (a) $2,122.00 (b) $636.75 Charitable Collections Advisory Committee There is no requirement under the Act for the Charitable Collections Advisory Committee to produce an Annual Report. Consumer Products Safety Committee There is no requirement under the Act for the Consumer Products Safety Committee to produce an Annual Report. Finance Brokers Supervisory Board The Annual Report was produced by the Ministry in-house. Home Buyers Assistance Advisory Committee There is no requirement under the Act for the Home Buyers Assistance Advisory Committee to produce an Annual Report.
