With regard to the Marine Parks and Reserves Authority (MPRA), I ask: (a) did the Minister meet with the MRPA board and/or the Chairman prior to 1 July 2013, and if so, how many times; (b) what was the level of remuneration paid to the Chairman; (c) what level of remuneration was paid to board members; (d) since 1 July 2012 how many times have senior executives of the MPRA travelled for business purposes, to where and at what cost; (e) have board members travelled on MRPA business in the past three years, and if so, to where, and at what cost; (f) what was the rate of staff absenteeism in the MRPA in 2012–13; (g) how many officers in the MPRA were granted study leave in the past twelve months and for what total amount of time; (h) have there been any reported instances of theft, fraud or corruption by staff since 1 July 2012; (i) if yes to (h), how many and what were the circumstances; (j) how many complaints of sexual harassment, bullying or intimidation have been lodged by staff since 1 July 2012; and (k) how many full-time equivalent positions were not filled as at 1 July 2012 in the MPRA?
