(1) As at 13 September 2013, ten public sector agencies were without substantive chief executive officers appointed under section 45 of the
Public Sector Management Act
1994. [see tabled paper no]
(2) Advertising and recruitment processes are currently underway for five public sector agencies.
Note: Attachment includes the Director General, Department of Planning which was advertised on 21 September 2013 as an impending vacancy due to the resignation of Mr Eric Lumsden PSM (effective from 5 November 2013).
The recruitment process for the Commissioner, Department of Corrective Services was finalised on 23 September 2013.

(4) Refer Cost of Recruitment Process to Date in [see tabled paper no]
