I refer to the business described as a joint venture in the Verve Energy Annual Report 2011–2012 , Mumbida Wind Farm Pty Ltd, and I ask: (a) are there any entities that Verve Energy believes are part of the joint venture that are not referred to in Verve Energy’s annual report; (b) if yes, what is the relationship between Verve Energy, Mumbida Wind Farm Pty Ltd and this other or these other entities; (c) what assets are held by each entity in this joint venture, including Mumbida Wind Farm Pty Ltd; and (d) have any assets of these assets been transferred to any of these entities or this entity by Verve Energy and if so, what assets have been transferred, and on what dates?

(a) No. Verve Energy's joint venture partner on the Mumbida project is referenced on page 5 of the Annual Report.
(b) N/A
(c) The asset that the Mumbida Wind Farm joint venture holds is the 55MW Mumbida Wind Farm. Each party has a 50% interest in the project.
(d) Verve Energy undertook the development work (feasibility studies, land agreements, development and environmental approvals etc) for the Mumbida Wind Farm project. On 17 May 2011 all of these project specific assets were transferred to the joint venture.
