With regard to ongoing pollution at Lot 1537 Pyramid Road, Karratha, I ask - (1) Is the minister aware of the dust and noise pollution that has occurred in this area since 1996? (2) What actions has the department taken since becoming aware of the dust and noise pollution? (3) If yes to (1), will the minister table the relevant recommendations imposed upon the proponent in relation to the findings on the complaint or complaints? (4) Is the minister aware that these breaches have been reported to the Karratha office of the Department of Environmental Protection since 1996?
