(1) Is Mr Neville Van Haeften currently a voluntary resident of Jacaranda House, and was he a voluntary resident of Whitby Falls Hostel prior to being transferred to Jacaranda House? (2) Are three members of Neville Van Haeften’s family his joint legal guardians, with Miss Debbie Van Haeften their spokesperson?
