(1) As a
consequence of the announcement in December 2015 of an immediate public sector
recruitment freeze, did the department have to enter into negotiations with any
people who had received and accepted offers of employment immediately prior to
the announcement?
(2) If yes to
(1), with how many, and did the department reach settlement with any of those
and at what cost?
